You should manyally write down a letter to google support with all the details. Keep in mind that punishing the thieves woun't rank your sites higher - this depends only from your seo skills.

Unfortunately, this is how things work online. Try having a bigger watermark if possible and improve your site seo.

Make sure your watermark is visible and that it consumes space in your image. Ensure also that your images in the website could not be saved.

He takes the pictures with watermark, is not anxious about discipline or Google.

Getty's lawyers were very effective when they contacted us on this same issue.

If you cannot afford a lawyer, you will just have to believe in Karma. Karma will get that thief in the end.

You can simply file a DMCA notice and send it over to them, if they do not respond, to their web host. It just needs some effort and time to track down everyone involved. If you need further help with this feel free to PM me. :)

There really is no solution. I'm in the same boat. I got people who took my sites' unique info and built a whole site around it. Hell, their sites rank better than mine and my unique content is 4years older than their stolen crap.

At least you can copyright logo your images and what not.
