A little question about domains

I have two new domains wich contains only keyword. One have about 1 million searches, another 200k according to overture. How many I can get if I want to rent them? Domains are in adult industry.

 

Impossible to say. Adult keywords are very competitive. The keyword may get a lot of searches but the hard part is developing a site and getting it on first page of search results for that term.

 

Rent or Lease or whatever requires giving your name to another is not advisable. With the rapid rates Google and the rest of the world ban for spam, abuse and the rest of harassment and let's not forget registrars like GoDaddy you can even loose your domain if it's in .com
Maybe it's better to park it if you don't want to develop it

 

Renting domain names is pretty far fetched. I highly doubt you will get anyone interested in paying you to only use a domain.

If they are decent, sell them for a fair amount, buy 2 more and repeat the process.

I agree, not sure you could get anyone to rent your domain. It would be too risky for them if you did not renew the domain or changed the DNS on them. I think you would be better off trying to sell them at a good profit. If they are really good, someone will give you a good price for them.

 

I can`t sell it to foreight citizen. When everything is with contract or i get % from profits, he will be sure. I search for long term deal.

 

If you rent you risk getting a renter who spams, illegally copies copyrighted material, or who uses black hat SEO. This could result in your domain registration being suspended, domain being de-indexed from Google, and/or being banned from Adsense & other revenue streams. It's too risky. Better to develop the site yourself and keep 100% of revenues. You would also have a very hard time enforcing a contract with a foreigner.

 

I know. For that reason i search for companies to lease them, but is very hard. Thanks for advances. If someone want to start adult business just to PM I think that i can help him

 

I don't think any one would rent a domain.

Mainly if they click and if you want the domain back, they are in trouble.

so, it is better to buy if you like to develop.

the same way make some money sell the names or park it.

I know some good domains which are rented. It`s cheap to rent good domain name. If I offer you real-estate.? would you rent it? If I know that i can make $200 per day and domain rent is $2000 per month i`ll get it
