Recently i had sold my avatars, banners and layout design images and this guy was at college so im like i accept paypal. And then after i got payment he went home and set unauthorized transaction...

**what if you login at college to paypal and send money then go home and SET unauthorized transaction

    What happens?

What did he tell Paypal he was getting from you - a service or a product?

Are these banners / avatars on any websites etc owned by him? Take screenshots and then send them over to Paypal as proof that he purchased them

But did he say it was a service when he paid you via Paypal? Your better chances are to see if you can get a screen shot of your work on his website. It is up to you to prove you are right and not him.

Paypal won't investigate it for you - you need to do the legwork yourself

Do you have any proof you done the work for him, like the original layered .psd files?

if he says he didnt buy them for you, and he is using them he violates your copyright (providing you can provide proof you did the graphics).

i dont know how far paypal goes in their investigations but it would prove your the owner.
