A little help with a SSL certificate (godaddy) and cpanel please

    Dear All,

I've decided to accept google checkout payments on my website, although you need an ssl certificate for a recall function. Any way, so I purchased a standard ssl certificate from godaddy, although it doesn't seem to be working correctly with my whm / cpanel for the domain (its pdshygiene [dot] com). Any ideas on how I can fix it?

    Thanks

There must have been some problem with installation of SSL cert, try to install it once again or else just contact your host they will set it up for you.

What steps did you follow to install the certificate?

What error are you getting, and at which step?

Also, your SSL certificate seems to be working fine in https mode.

well also, they will issue you a key but they should set this up for you no problem as long as your bought your SSL from them.

Seems that your SSL is working perfectly as it is showing the certificate information properly, I have checked in IE as well as firefox.

Its all been fixed, basically I needed to install one part of it into the root of the server (didn't realise) and place a unique ip on the domain.

A SSL certificate always needs a dedicated IP to be installed.
