A little help uploading a template

I have downloaded an oscommerce template and have access to both cpanel and micresoft expressions. Trouble is, I don't have any clue as to what files I need to upload to either to get them to work. I have very minimal HTML expierence, but pick up quickly. I would rather use the cpanel software, but not opposed to the expressions.

Which do you think would be easier to use?
What files do I need to upload to make my template appear?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks from the newb!

Upload your files to the main (root) folder (probably public_html or http_docs), your webhost should have that info in the welcome letter or help files. Your homepage will be a default page, index.html or index.php, you don't need to add http://www.yourdomain.com

You can FTP the files (probably easier and faster) or do a browser upload from your cpanel. Or you can probably connect with expression. Use the template to create your index.html and your other webpages.

I would edit the files and then upload them (everything that was downloaded from oscommerce).
