A little help needed with photoshop

    Can someone help me fix these words into red and resize it so that all the Chinese characters are in similar if not same size and paint the white spot grey? thanks

    the last 2 characters are in black
    I want it to be red like the rest of the words.
    And yes I have edited it, I won't post the orginal pic because it does not include my words.
