Hi!... I'm new to IM... :D ... I need a little help: I have read a lot about strategies to promote products with articles, landing pages and so on... ok... I have chosen a product to promote... I have my hoplink... now... for the next step: should I buy a domain and put a redirect page on it to redirect the traffic to the product owners site and point the links from my articles to that domain?? or should I put in my articles the hoplink directly?? or should I make a site for that product and put it on my domain and link the articles to it and in the site I should have my hoplink??? Are all this valid methods? If I belive that the owner of the product has a good site for the product the hoplink in the article is ok?? or the redirect? what are the pros and cons? (advantages or disadvantages ):D
    Thx!

All these are valid methods. Choose one, try it out. If it works great! If it doesn't, try something else.

You can't put a hoplink in articles , put a link to your pre-sell page where you make a review about the product that you'r selling and put your hoplink in your site . Try to get traffic to your articles ( submit them to Ezine or articlesbase ) , good PR ;)

I personally am a fan of having a site for the product. If you get hosting service, you can have as many as possible. You can also use a great tool to redirect the hoplink so that it appears in your domain. This is a secret tool of mine that probably isn't too secret. PM me for more info.

Personally I hope that you have your own landing page and send people to it.

Landing pages work great no doubt. I even recommend building them into your domain. Having your own domain does 3 things for you.
    1. Builds your online presence
    2. Gives you a very professional look
    3. Enables customers to find you and buy from you 24 hours a day

This is why I strongly encourage having your own domain. Plus with your own domain, you can build as many pages as you want with whatever subdomain you want. e.g. www. yourname. com/landingpage.

There are places (Article Sites) that allow affiliate links and http://www.uaarticles.com is one of them, but they need to be clean.

Use the hoplinker at http://www.CBBoss.com for ClickBank hoplinks. This tools make it easy to manage ClickBank links and creates a clean affiliate link.
