Hi, I want to ask something here. If I want my anchor text to be "Donna car" in every back links but the admin of another blog/website wrote my anchor text "Donna's car" what will happen? "Donna" and "Donna's" is different right?
I agree. I got a list of free directories and chopped it in half. The 1st half I submitted my site name & catch phrase identically. The second half I tweaked things out a bit with both anchor text and description. I'm finding that I have more listed backlinks in google via this method as they are not counting as duplicate content I'd imagine...though there could likely be 100 other reasons. Sitename: This is my site description. Site Name: This is the description of my site. Site's name: This is a slightly longer description of my site. Sitename.com: I used a DOTcom on this site name! When I do a search in google for TWO WORD I often get hits like TWO WORDS, and TWOWORD...so I think that at least on some level they are all counted the same/similar anyway...so as long as you are not just randomly kicking out keywords then it should help. Also, the only think that I think would block out such a mistake would be to search for "donna car" (not the "quotes") but other then that I think you should be Good.
