A little confusion.

    Hello everyone,

First off I want to say that I am very impressed with maturity and professionalism of this forum.

I admit that I am new to the "clickbank" affiliating, but I have been a running a few medium traffic websites and lately have been not very impressed with the Adsense revenue stream, hence the Clickbank exploration. Currently I am just trying to find the right product for my demographic and interest groups (comparing hops and impressions, etc..)

I have a small question to ask, probably has been asked a few times before as well.. As per screenshot attached I have accumulated some "Form Submission" counts, but nothing has yet been translated into a sale of which I would get commission. How is that explained?

Probably the credit card didn't go through, that's why you see form submit but no sale

Or people clicked on the buy button but then bailed out - this is VERY common, I wouldn't worry about it - this is quite a low amount of hops generally so with more volume you should see some sales and see what worrks for you

that would create only order form impression, not order form submit.

It is very common and can be due to a lot of things such as a credit card being declined, or from people hoping to "get lucky" by putting in false information and hitting the order submit button and seeing what happens.

From what I've heard, this actually happens mostly with the Paypal link. It counts as an order form submit as soon as someone chooses to buy with Paypal - if they click the "Paypal" button and then back out, it counts as a order form submission. I would assume this happens far more often than declined credit cards.

Thank you very much for answers, this is what I initially assumed. I will keep watching those submits!
