Hello all I am new to the site and am very excited about it. I have a question. How do I go about getting a peer/p2p loan online with not so good credit (student loans) Any suggestions? For about $300. Most are pretty high and you need excellent credit as far as Prosper or Lending club. I am looking for something more formal that can be done directly (i.e. PayPal, GoogleWallet) with a legally binding contract for the amount, interest, and return date for those involved. Any suggestions. Should I be looking into social lending? Am I asking for too much? LOL Please help.
My advice is that if you Google the top P2P lenders, you can make your own list of 10-25 lenders. Then narrow it down by visiting each website to determine which would best suit your needs.
You also had two threads begging for a loan (at least one has now been deleted). Get a job (and keep it and save money), ask your employer for an advance, if they are kind you might be lucky (and keep your job, possibly even an advance). Or make an effort to earn online. There are plenty of ways to do so, with effort. Life can be hard sometimes, but when it is we've got to keep trying, make a real effort to improve our situation and stopping desperate times happening again. Quit wasting your time and you make your life better.
You seem to be casting the net fairly wide... http://www.city-data.com/forum/economics/2078294-advice-getting-peer-loan.html http://www.dailykos.com/blog/mssanders
I guess she wasn't aware that cutting the same post into different places means google can put the pieces together https://www.google.com/search?q="Mo...nt+credit+as+far+as+Prosper+or+Lending+club." https://www.google.com/search?q="Mo...to+social+lending?+Am+I+asking+for+too+much?"
