What do you mean " I need some good keywords"? Have you tried the Keyword tool in Adwords? It is a good place to start. Spend a couple hrs brainstorming with 2 or 3 other people. Use the keyword tool to search your site and other sites for keywords. Use the keyword tool to search ask.com queries. There is no shortcut to keyword discovery. Be willing to commit for many hrs of research or hire someone who knows how to do it.
Check the source code of your competitors' sites for keyword ideas. Also, if you're getting some natural traffic, check your stats for search phrases.
