Hey, I'm in the works of trying to get a contract going for a client, issue is - I'm not 100% certain on the industry that they are into. I would assume Estate Sales or Estate Liquidation - but it's not auctioning, it will act as an eCommerce site.

They partner up with funeral homes, and other things. They find family's that have gotten stuck with furniture or homes that they don't, and sell the properties or furniture for them.

Would I market this as an "Online Estate Sales" website, or "Online Estate Liquidation" website. How would I go about finding the keywords for this niche? Is it just going to take a little bit of creativity on my part until I find the right words? thanks in advance!

The best way will be to reverse engineer this niche. Find a couple of items that they sell and do a search for those items. You may find similar site this way. For certain items like furniture, you can easily rank a sub page for any number of terms like "used furniture". In fact alot of the common items that they sell can be ranked individually. This might get more traffic than the front page and using a term like "online estate liquidation". Worth looking into.

Ask your client who they consider to be their competition. Websites of course. Then analyze keywords and content on those websites using GKT or another tool (brain would be best choice).
