DP has killed all other forums. No use of making such sites. Seochat has lost 69% of it's forum visitors. I'm not discouraging your effort but it's not really worth.
If you are starting one and wants to link exchange just pm me And if you already have a good one you should exchange with some photoshop websites, tutorials and more, they you can get traffic as people that usually use photoshop are webmasters or are looking foward to webmaster stuff Don't be stuck on advertising just on your website category, try anothers and see how much profit it gives you

I mean that to him not just exchange with webmaster forums, as if you trade with a Webdesigner forums, photoshop, web programming... You would get a lot of users, maybe even more!
