    I've been trying to submit my site to your free listings and found it's a little difficult. My site is about health and natural supplement called transfer factor which boost your immune functions and suppress over-acting immune system.
    I tried "alternative medicine" "health food" "conditions and diseases" and was told the title is not unique to the category.
    What do I need to do??

    missie what title text are you trying to use? If you try and use something very common it is sometimes taken. Also you might be trying to re-submit with your title already in the approval que.
