Buying a list of 200 web design related blogs, indians only

    I am looking for someone who can send me a list of 200 or more web design related blogs.

    the requiremnts:
    The blog must have PR3 and more
    the blog must have DA more than 50
    the blog must be related to web design or web development

    ex: machoarts.com, skyje.com, andysowards.com etc

    I am willing to pay well for this (Indian only).

    I have no problem working with non Indians the problem is I cannot pay them through any means, if you can arrange a way to get paid through Indian bank transfer then I would love to work with you

    I understand.. But I have no means.. Sorry to hear that.. Anyways, if we do find other means, the list i would give you would accept guest posting or write for them..
