A link on a redirect page?

    I have exchanged some links with a similar site as mine. Now two of the links offered to me are on pages that redirect instantly to another page (one even to completely different website). Is this a link partnership?

    It depends on the type of redirect.
    If it's a Meta refresh, the links will be valid.

    If it's a 301/2 redirect the links (and all page content) will be ignored by the bots.

    I personally wouldn't find it acceptable. I'd insist my BL's feature on a static non-redirecting page. :)
