a lil help fading image??

    hey all I just created this image Im using Photoshop and I want to fade the hands and the bottom of the person. any ideas or guides on how to do this be great..[​IMG]

    Apply the image

    Go to layers, layer mask, then reveal all, click the white square that appeared, and either brush with a black brush on it or select the areas with the selection tool and use a black gradient

    Or you could select what you want gone, feather the selection, then make a layer mask out of that. Saves you the trouble of doing stuff after creating the mask.
