a License for open source, that infringes on another TOS.

I am an admin, and developer of a Fork program, that forked from a rune scape bot (a Game, and we created a macro for it) We developed the bot which is legal upon their licensing GNU GPL, but they are technically not licensable under that because they infringe on the TOS of the creators of runescape. but is there anyway we can get a license, if we find a loop hole

    the TOS is

    http://www.runescape.com/terms/terms.ws

If we called it a joke, or for learning purposes only, would it still be illegal?

Of course it would, online games rarely allow 3rd party macros as it's considered unfair to other players.
I strongly doubt you'll find a loophole, and even if you did, the minute they found out they'd simply edit their terms.
