In my early years registering domains I took a name associated to a huge TV-channel network and time later they sent an email asking me to desist using such name and proceed with a transfer. I said the truth, I was unaware of TM infringement and I had no money for the transfer as the only money I had was invested in buying that domain. They contacted me again asking for my Paypal ID, sent me the registration fee and paid the transfer. Just my anecdote
