A leightweight forum script

    Hello

    I am looking for forum software like PunBB, FluxBB and Vanilla. Just some basic features:

    - User registrations
    - Forums
    - Private Messages
    - Groups

    PunBB and FluxBB meet this features but it is always nice to hear some alternatives.

    you can strip off other functions from phpbb .. though it will take some time

    True, it will take a lot of time and there is a change that I break something. I also looked at UseBB, the problem that it is a kind of dead. BBPress is too lightweight for me.

    FluxBB/BBPress/Vanilla are the lightest yet still fully functional ones I know of (in terms of core features).
