    $10.99, this is the cost of buying a domain...
    and cheekyjokes.com is a keyword domain, which took me time to find a domain like that! So include research cost into that!
    After that i developed the website, and promoted little bit too.. (So include that cost too)
    I started getting 100-200 visitors a day when i was posting and promoting, but left in between. I didnt not earned really from this site, but i know if someone serious (with good knowledge) want to earn adwards money, this is a good domain and good site.

    So if now someone interested in buying that, i can help him in setting up. So all this includes $1100 cost.

    Interested ones let me know, otherwise no worries. Because as soon as i hire someone sooner, he can take care of it of posting and manipulating jokes, and i can start earning.
