Greetings, I'd appreciate any feedback on these sites: Bailey Hotel A Designers Workroom Also, any feedback on how to improve their SERP rankings for the KWPs of their business names would make me seriously grateful. The Bailey Hotel doesn't even rank in Google for "bailey hotel". (Actually, it came out of nowhere to hit #2 yesterday, but then it dropped out of site today. Go figure.) Thanks, David
You don't seem to have any external backlinks to these sites. I think that is going to be the key for your rankings. On-site optimisation on its own is now enough unfortunately. Good luck with the sites...
I've obtained a few backlinks for the sites, although Google doesn't list them. Also, I'm extremely busy and find that contacting individual webmasters for backlinks involves more time than I can put forth right now. Are there any more efficient ways to obtain backlinks?
Not very good, to be frank. I dont like the fonts and you need better navigation. Don't put so muh info on the front page. break it up into more links. Get rid of that ugly background for designersworkroom.com, and make hte navigation links more visible.
I like the designer site better than the hotel site. As someone mentioned the font on the first site looks really bad. Rooms are functional but lack warmth. They could use a good designer to bring them to point someone would vieiw and think wow it would be fun to stay there. I just saw an owner of an old historic hotel on TV and he said patrons want Holiday Inn conveniences. The do not want to have to wiggle toilet handles to get toilets to stop running. I think this hotel is going to be hard to sell. I would contact local chamber of commerce in hotel town for link. Seek link enchange with other businesses in the town that have online pages. If you only work on one link a day you can get page decently ranked quicker than you think. Shannon
