Now i have bought a host with a creativhost

and for some reason this Guys suspended my Account couple of Time for Some Nonsense Reasons

One of The Time he Told me, one of my script, he has a doubt it might be premium?
and after showing him it is free and give him link to where i got it from

    he unsuspected my Account

    well

Last Month i have upgraded my Plane to Unlimited, and i have told him, and even send him the Money

I Kept getting Mails from his hosting payment system telling me

my Payment is due, and i have reported it to him

he said, it is all Good, he will Take care of it

Now i am going over 48h and the website is down

i sent him like 3 tickets and no reply from him

please i have my traffics paid already and Running and they still sending Traffic, and i am the Only one Losing not him

I am really thinking about suing him for my lost and specially because of his ignorant to my emails and Ticket

Please Guys can you tell me what to do?

Find a different host. Request a refund of all money paid for services after today.
Legally, he cannot retain money for services he has failed to deliver on. (i.e. any future services)

This is common among *some* hosts. There are a lot of bad apples in the hosting business, but there are a lot of good ones out there too.

We should always avoid Unlimited host. I will suggest you to transfer your account as soon as your cpanel/WHM is UP.
    Good luck :)
