    Windows 7 is looking very promising, and is supposed to use less resources then Vista and also take up less space. I can't wait till I can get my hands on it :)

    And also i think it has backwards support so that is very good.

    I personally think that microsoft has lost the operating system war, they should just concentrate on business applications and designing an operating system for business only, thats where the cash is, then offer a free version to non business users, but charge for office etc.

    Windows 7 is an interesting one! As some will know, it's based off the Vista source, so in other words its Vista with bells and whistles.

    Lots of complaints regarding backwards compatibility.. but any windows 95 users will remember windows 3.1 being a pain too.

    It's all evolution really :)

    Just to let anyone know that doesn't know, Windows 7 is actually Windows 6.1 :)
