I suggest you get yourself a trading software where you can follow the stock market online. I used to do it with Market Maker from CMC Markets. Learn technical analysis as well as fundamental analysis. Learn the basic of leveraging. That alone can take months and years to master. Beware of the gurus, buy books and teach yourself online. how serious are you? the key is not to trade often - swing trade - daily highs and lows, its the best way, forget scalping you will lose your money. I have some good indicators if you want them, but they are not really nessecary. A RSI, on the 5 min chart and a daily pivot is all that is required. Keep it simple.
