    Looks like the tool is checking only the keyword density on the page? That alone cannot judge the SEO score of a page :)

    No, This tool checks keywords density, meta tags, harmony of title and content, important html tags (like h1,h2,anchors etc.), webpage's url and domain... It even checks web page's opening speed ;)
