A wild person would start blocking. Or a person who is making tons of money and wants to eliminate the low paying.

I don't understand why you would block them. If you remove an add .. its place will be taken by an even worst performing ad. I am not sure about this but I think it will also lower the click value for the rest of the ads displayed.
If anybody try it for a day or two..just do let us know the results. Sarangan, did you try it? how did it work?
Probably mentioned by someone already, but google shows the highest paying ads on your Adsense. Block people because they pay just one or two cents only means you'll be getting ads worth less.
Blocking the low paying ads works for me on a few of my sites, but it doesn't work for everyone! Trial & error is the key
