As the name suggests, its a technology site. And a good one as well. It has traffic (from google, well indexed in google) and has great potential.

Traffic:
Site is receiving upto 1000 UVs a month and increasing. And as for the pageviews, site got 2300+ pageviews last month.
Traffic is mainly from the google indexed pages.
Main traffic countries are USA, Ukraine, Britain, India and other countries. (you can PM me for stats)


Domain:
The domain is very nice keyword and easy to remember. I got lucky and picked this one from the expired names. It was quite good one. When I bought it a year ago, someone offered me $25 straight forward for it, but i didn't sell. You can even find good potential buyers for domain as well.

Domain has a PR of 0, but I had spend some time in making backlinks on social media and directories. So, it has some very unique backlinks as well, it will definitely get PR 1+.

No revenue is claimed.
The reason for selling this is that I have a lot of burden of my online/offline life. So, I have to reduce some burden of work. And I need quick money as well.
Price is very appropriate as well, I am going Cheap.

Just a heads up - I just received traffic screen shots from seller (webstats). Showing 562 uniques in August - funny thing the number 1 country for source of traffic is uKraine, kind of funny for an english website. Not sure why he doesn't just post the status publicly if he truly is trying to sell the site and has nothing to hide.

I am not trying to spoil your thread - just telling others to be careful as your description is deceiving and inaccurate.

First of all, if you truly are trying to sell the site fast, why not place actual screen shots of your stats in your listing ?

Second, everyone knows that webstats stats are known to be terribly inaccurate, yet that is what you are basing your traffic numbers on.

your description states "1000 UV's a month"/ 1000 UV's is 1000 unique views - your webstats indicate 593 unique views for august.

You also list that the "main traffic countries are USA, Ukraine, ..." - why did you place the USA first, when in fact they are not first in generating traffic to the site ?

Why don't you just admit that you were inflating your traffic numbers hoping to deceive people into paying more ?

And you can take a look USA and Ukraine have same amount of UVs, infact USA visitors are spending more time means they must be more unique.

The first column shows the unique visitors - in the screen shot I see it shows 299 for July and 562 for August. Your advertisement says "1000 uv's and growing" when in fact you had about 1/2 that.

Page views includes people who have visited the site multiple times so that figure is not real meaningful as it includes robots, site owner, etc.

 

Well, I am not angry.. I have shown the stats, they can see by themselves and there isn't any lie as well. These are the stats I use. I always use these. If you are not satisfied, don't buy and mind your own business. Let people see themselves.
