Hi People.

The person that was meant to buy this site seems to have dropped out to a liver failure of something, but, he has left it in a good situation for me.

2 months ago, it had 13k uniques, and last month 12.5k. I have this because the site was left on my server, but I do not have revenue details - sorry!

It also has an alexa ranking of around 800k, and it is a PR2 (I put my link on the blogroll, and it was indexed within one hour!)

I am looking for a quick BIN for this site, if you can complete today, I may consider a lower price. With the sale, the previous buyer has included a word document telling you how to achive the Traffic he got

You say in your opening post it had no traffic and now cliam it had 13,000 a month. Please tell us what is going on here?

He used a technique, that created many backlinks and drove a huge amount of traffic to the site - he devolped it, but in the end, couldn't pay for it...

There is also a two month gap between me selling orginally and relisting, this is how I have got the traffic!

This site was orginally sold for $450, don't worry, it was not a scam, I have received a BIN offer of $350, But I am looking a little higher.

I will give this other 25 hours, and then I will decide to sell it or not!
