A Google TOS annoying me... Really...

I have lost my sleep over a condition in Google TOS.

    Google Adsense publishers

"May not promote sites displaying ads through unsolicited mass emails or unwanted advertisements on third-party websites"

I have an advertiser account with Miva and Bidvertiser. Is it against Google TOS?

Is an account with bux.to against Google TOS?

That line is referring to spam, most definitely, so you have nothing to be worried about. Miva and Bidvertiser display ads with the agreement of the webmaster (actually the webmasters choose to display their ads) so they are not unwanted spam.

I never heard abot the last site you referred to, though.

As long as it is not spam it is adsense safe most of the time.

    This :
probably means signing 1000 blogs against the owner's will. Or blogs.

If you are advertising with their consent, then what the heck....it's ok..... IMHO.
