If you are looking at the green indicator bar beside the site it shows the same graphic from PR4 to PR6 so your site might be only a pr4 or as high as pr6.

Bob Mutch has a tally of the previous PR updates for the directory and the toolbar.

    http://www.seocompany.ca/pagerank/page-rank-update-list.html

    (scroll down)

He shows that the toolbar last updated October 19 and the directory last updated September 4. So the toolbar should be more up to date. If either is updated, there is usually a thread here to let you know.

I posted a similar thing earlier this year:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=19839

My site was PR4 in the toolbar, but in the Directory when ordered by PR, it was above all the other PR5 sites, and below 1 PR6 site. Now it has PR6 in the toolbar, so the "prediction" proved to be fairly accurate.

On the other hand, the internal pages are still showing PR0, the cache is from January etc., so it is still in the sandbox, where even PR6 means squat.

So it may be a directory update then as my PR is higher than on the tool bar.

Nice finding, roman1! It appears that a PR0 penalized domain of mine is gonna be PR4 come next update. :D

Thanks, I was just looking again and now the site below me shows PR6 on it's toolbar. I was sure it was PR5 earlier.

I've compared the directory PR with the toolbar for a while now - but only for one category. My experience - for one category - has been that the directory is a very poor predictor of where toolbar PR is heading.

    Wow, great find.

Also take a look at some listings. If you see for example 20 PR 5, those 20 are not sorted alphabetically ...

This probably means that they are sorted in the exact real time PR value!! 5.765, 5.6545, 5.2435, 5.1335 etc.

In this way you can see the real time PR and see how strong the PR is!

I was happy to see mine at the top of the list.

    Let's discuss this.

    Could this conlusion be valid?

I have submitted my site to the DMOZ 3.5 weeks ago, and I am still not listed. Why is that? Should I resubmit my site

It can literally take years to be finally listed if you submitted to a category without an editor. Look at the "last update" date which you can find in the bottom of that category. Think of becoming an editor for that category and add your site yourself. But be honest and add other (competitors') sites as well.

What has to do a Dmoz submission with our PR prediction tool.

Damn it with this offtopic. Messing with this extremely important topic.

If you become an editor, you can add your site, and no one else reviews it?

I don't intend to bash dmoz, but it's kind of hard to benefit from this find if you can't get listed in dmoz and thus in google's directory.

cool find Roman1 - I use a combination of different areas gauge how I'm doing and whilst I don't put a whole lot of weight on the green bar, every indication says I'm about to go to a 5, so I was pleased to see that according to googles directory I'll have jumped about 6 places.

One of my PR 2's is showing up between 2 PR 5's. That would be a nice bump!
