A Google De-Indexing Work-around?

If a website was de-indexed by Google for some reason, I was thinking that a person could move to another web host, maybe privatize the registrar info, and possibly get back into the good graces of Google.

I thought of this as a person who buys domains at auction, in which they wouldn't know its history.

Google may think it was sold off and maybe give the new owner a chance to improve.

Do you think it would work?

    Hi,

You should find the reason why the domain was deindexed. You can move to 100 hosts and hide your identity but you will never be indexed again.... until you will fix the wrong things you have done. After fixing everything you can go to: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/reconsideration

You will have an answer in 1 week i think. This is from my real experience.
The difficult part is to find whats wrong with your site.
