I was bored and wanted to try out a new python script, it parses a text file grabs various RSS feeds and generates an html page. No real formatting or anything, just some tables haphazardly whipped together, It was pretty slick, and keeps the relatives off my phone asking me about this virus or that hoax.... you know the drill..... just look at the site and the lastest info is there for them. Even better G loved it, for two years it ran with 5 pages of content that changed to some degree every hour with no SEO, no BL's, no nothing, but gave it a PR2. Then the experiment went awry, some dummy piled on another 10 pages with 50 or so more feeds. G kept indexing several times a day... hmmm this is cool, so I dropped the coop ads on it to try to gain a little weight. Alas, the new algo must have finally figured out what was going on during the last update, there is nothing really there but a bunch of news feeds, so the site and all pages have been dropped completely, not even a cached copy to be found.. LOL Guess the experiment is at the end of this stage.....now the challenge begins to see what it'll take to bring them back.
How long has Google not listed it? Its not uncommon for Google to drop a site for a couple of days or so, especially a PR2 site.
Actually I stayed gone for a number of months, out of curiosity I emailed G, and asked why it was removed, within a couple of days it was back in the index...
Have you considered the possibility that someone filed a spam report against you for dup content or something?
i have bunch of sites that are made out rss feeds, google kicks most them out within a couple months of being indexed
