Hello all, Do you guys know a good ticket based (And web based) support system that I can use? What are the top famous ones anyway? Features that I might be looking are: The ability to integrate with a form I have. Auto response maybe. The ability to assign a question to another staff support member. I'm open for ideas and recommendations. Thank you!

WHMCS is pretty good for that and has many uses. Some others are: hesk, Kayako, ClientExec, OSTicket.
Agreed, its very customizable and can integrate with many different types of services. It's generally for hosting/file downloads/license market, though you could probably make it work for other types of niches.
