    Hello all,

Do you guys know a good ticket based (And web based) support system that I can use?

What are the top famous ones anyway?

Features that I might be looking are:
The ability to integrate with a form I have.
    Auto response maybe.
The ability to assign a question to another staff support member.

I'm open for ideas and recommendations.

    Thank you!

Depends upon what platform you're using. If it's windows, then SmarterTrack is the business. You'll find it at www.smartertools.com. They even have a single-user free version you can use.

WHMCS is pretty good for that and has many uses. Some others are: hesk, Kayako, ClientExec, OSTicket.

Agreed, its very customizable and can integrate with many different types of services. It's generally for hosting/file downloads/license market, though you could probably make it work for other types of niches.
