A good strategy for building my PR to 6

I want to jump my page rank from 0-6 with the next update. How should I go about doing this?

You can get backlinks from free directories as well as from comments posts in blogs (the blogs without the nofollow link tag -- see other threads for more info on this.) The backlinks from sites that rank well in the search engines will benefit your search ranking more. Plus even if those links do not count to help boost your ranking they still can drive direct traffic. Directories like Business.com and JoeAnt consistently rank in the search results.

Use the tool to calculate how much PR link to get to PR6

Based on the calculation, it looks like you need at least nine PR 6 site to get to PR6.
Anything less than PR6 will not help.

I have about 5 pr6 a few pr5 and 4 and a 7. My site still does not show on future page ranks. How should I get this going? I am about to start with directory submissions and link trading.

 

Buy a series of links from high PR sites OR submit original articles to many blogs/authority sites in your niche/category in exchange for a backlink.

 

You will need brilliant ideas and make unique content and tons of $$$ to get tons of quality backlinks.

It depends on how you get them. Many pay per post sites got crushed by Google recently.
