Hi guys! I know a lot of people can benefit from Amazon quite well. Within about 2 months... I've managed to make about... $15. I am trying to think of new strategies to get people to buy things to make me a nice profit. My idea was: Is it possible say, if I make 6 sites to sell products of certain niches? For example, I just created a site (www.magazinecove.com) that sells magazines. My next project is to open up a site that sells books. Then after that, my next project will be to open up a site that sells computers... all using Amazon. Do you think if I work hard enough to create and promote sites, I can lure in a good amount of customers to gain me an adequate amount of profit from each website? I'll also throw in AdSense ads too to possibly help... (which I really haven't been having the best of luck with either). What do you guys think? All your input is appreciated. I'm excited to learn new tactics. Cheers!
As a general rule, keyword research will give you key advantage in setting up an Amazon store. Since you are also competing with Amazon in the SERPS, you need unique contents for you site to boost your competitiveness.
more web site don't mean you will gain earning. the first one is marketing research.keyword,product,marketing. second is the number of web sites.it increase your chance.
Focus more on the business aspect instead of the technology aspect. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1480189
According to site explorer your magazine site only has 6 backlinks: http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/search?p=magazinecove.com&bwm=i&bwmo=d&bwmf=s Work on building backlinks to this site and your traffic and revenue will increase then you can start building new sites.
keywords are the key. Better converting keywords will result in better traffic. Consider investing in Micro Niche Finder
the number websites catering to a particular niche can help that is of course if you have a lot of visitors...so keep on seo'ing your websites
The simple answer here is that you then more on and target keywords that do. Sometimes, no matter how much keyword research you do, you just don't get it right. This does not mean that you should give up. Just start the process over and build links for different keywords. Even though there is a "science" to it, sometimes it can be hit or miss.
I think a good strategy is to make a blog on the topic of your choice and post a new product review every day and create backlinks for your site, however you wont see immediate returns, you need to work at it for a month or two before you start getting sales. Ray
I think, the most important thing is Keyword when you choosed some product on amazon you must find keyword for product.... if you've keyword that lead to purchases thought you've one site you can create a lot money. for me, i can't find these keyword... :X
This is what I do to promote amazon product; 1. Find a good product to promote. 2. Go research the keyword related for the product. The keyword must have two criteria; low competition and high search volume (minimum 1000 exact search/month) 3. Build a page about it. You can use hubpages or squidoo based on the keyword you choose. 4. But mostly if I find a really good keyword, I buy a keyword rich domain and build a mini blog for it. 5. Promote the page 6. See the traffic come, evaluate 7. Gain commission I depend on the search engine for my traffic. At least that's what I do and it works. It's difficult to describe all the process here, I hope that helps
Sounds about right. Just that I first have to figure out how to place the adds in the right way - without mistake so that my referal get's picked up.
