here is a good site if u want to buld back links with good sites

I am always a little cautious of link exchange networks like this. Looks like a decent site but these systems of backlink building are just too easy to track by the search engines like google, and you can soon see your sites dropping in the SERPS or falling into that dreaded sandbox.
