    According to Google Adsense Policy -

    <Quote>
    "Publishers aren't permitted to place ads on sites which have more than three pop-ups. If pop-ups are displayed on a website, they may not interfere with site navigation, change user preferences, initiate downloads, or distribute viruses."

    So, I think placing popads with adsense will not break any of their policies. However, you are not supposed to serve adsense ads on a pop-up window. Hope you understand the catch here! PM me if you need more clarity.

    with adsense you can put upto 3 pops in a page, so I think you can get benefit of popads and if you have mostly India traffic then I suggest edomz has good rate for Indian traffic, lot of webmaster use both of these network together as popads has good rate for some country and edomz has good for some and you can limit pops by limiting number of time you show

    If you making good with adsense then it makse sense to use it but if you making only few cents then its going to take years to get first payment and you never know when adsense disable account, if you really want to use pops then I would suggest sticking with pop under network, you can make much more from them and get paid more faster.
