Hello All you marketing genie's =) I would love to get some constructive feedback. I have a software application that downloads and converts YouTube videos. The application after a few years development now seems to work great. I have over 1000 paying customers. I average about 300-500 visitors a day. I used to make about 3 sales a day. Now it is about 3-5 sales a week. Support takes about 30 minutes a week. So I consider it to still be semi successful. However I believe it could be doing much much better.
