A Good, Dependable Backlink Checker?

Ugh...i find myself again needing a dependable bl checker. i had one that worked but it hasn't been working for weeks now. i need one that shows pr and that doesn't have inaccurate results.

i like 'back link analyzer' just type that in google and u dont depends on a site its a program u download and its fast the bad part is it does not show the correct the page's pagerank of the incoming links
