    Hello,

    I am looking for a good deal with a dedicated server. I need:

    a Dual Xeon Server.
    2 / 4GB RAM
    160GB HDDs in RAID 1
    Cpanel with WHM
    Fully Managed.

    To be honest, I know about RackSpace, SoftLayer, LayeredTech + PSM and LiquidWeb.

    Are there any other such big providers out there ?

    Might I suggest, finding the lowest price with a good support system (reply within 6 hours), and then just hiring a tech to monitor your server 24/7.... This is the best way to provide a true managed server without having to pay hundreds extra on managing your server (the tech's will harden your server and everything for you).
