A good CPM network for a new site?

Hey, I recently created a site, and I've been looking to find a CPM network that is reliable, and possibly fast paying.
CPM networks that only offer cash per unique visitor won't help since I wouldn't beable to get that many, so I'm just looking for one that pays for every impression.

Paypal payment is what I need.
Any others that are good except for:
    Adsense
    Adbrite
    Bidvertiser
    Chikita
    Traffic Revenue

I'd prefer banner ads since popups/pop unders are annoying.
Anything higher than $0.30 per 1000 impressions is good to me, just need something to start me off.

    Thanks for reading.

Well, I'm using CPMleader atm, it's sometimes lagging and offline. Doesn't even give me some stats about my website i.e. how many views I've got. Support is slow too...

Adroll, it says in the FAQ it's not accepting publishers.

CPMfun is paying for every impression, and it has much better rates than other networks. And of course it's paying; don't believe those people who are saying that it's scam - instead of this browse this forum and find all the payment proofs posted here! :)

check Epom Market. payment methods are PayPal and WireTransfer, and regarding pop-ups or pop-unders - they offer these kind of ads, but never will roll it on your site without permission. been working with epom since July 2012, no scamming yet, and what is important, they have normal advertisers, all ads are branded.
another alternatives - Neverblue... good for asian traffic, pretty decent rates.
Also, Tribal Fusion, worked with them in the past, no scamming, but I dunno what is with them now. think they're still OK.

I work at Zenovia Digital Exchange and I can tell you its not a scam. We did have an issue earlier this year with some late payments going out due to the fact that we changed some of our systems. We pay every publisher that sends traffic that complies with our traffic policy, and we pay higher than just about anyone. If you are interested in signing up to get approved, please goto the Zenovia Exchange homepage and click on the orange button at the top right. We would be honored to work with you!
