What is a good alternative to EzineArticles? I've already submitted a few articles to ArticlesBase.com which seems pretty decent. The reason I'm asking is because I have to wait for my Ezine account to be upgraded as I have several articles that are pending. This means no more submissions for me.
Have look > http://www.vretoolbar.com/articles/directories.php I personally think that Buzzle is also good, and SearchWarp.
generally the higher the pr the higher ranking you'll get on google, ezine is pr 6 goarticles is pr 6 squidoo is pr 7 and buzzle is pr 6,but i've seen ezine articles to be almost always on page one, must be because not enough articles are submitted to the others
There are a number of article directories that are pr 6 just as Ezine, and yet they don't compare to Ezine in terms of ranking. It has always made me wondered about that too.
I am not allowed to ezinearticles due to review for platinium,From 3 days i am submitting articles to goarticles.com
isnare.com is also not that bad, they also have a pretty cheap distribution service that is good if you are looking for backlinks.
On this post, you will find a list of article directories too : http://megarudy.com/2008/07/ezine-articles-support-is-getting-worst-every-day/ Good luck Mega
Here is the most recent list of the top 50 article directories - take your pick: http://www.vretoolbar.com/articles/directories.php
But you need to be careful, some directories does not allow REAL link from the ABOUT AUTHOR section - they are added nofollow to these links, for example ArticlesBase.com will add nofollow for all your article's links. So be careful with choosing right directories for increasing your link popularity.
That doesn't appear to be entirely true. I just happened to have articlesbase open in another window when i read your post and did some checking on the resource box links. Keep in mind that i have no articles on that site, i was just curious about finding an alternative for ezine. From what i've checked - If you use anchor text, it appears that they add nofollow. If you use a regular link, it's dofollow. I'm not sure if that's true for every article, but it definitely was for the ones that i checked. Very strange indeed.
