A general backlinks question.

If I have multiple links pointing to my site from the same domain, does google count them all in, or only one of them? (so, does google count domain as reference, or number of links in general, regardless of domain?)

So, if I have, lets say, 20 blogs I want links from, is it enough to post 1 comment on each one of them, or I should try to get as many links as possible from each one of them?

    Thx in advance.

As I experienced myself, links from the same host IP address will not benefit you, unless you create individual domain names with websites and have different unique content related to the same subject matter, without copying text, you would receive some SE credit, but nothing compared to outside (meaning) different IP links back to your site only.
it's a tough issue and can waste a lot of time finding the backlinks of quality.

I'm pretty sure they still benefit you, Ive seen a site with 2000 back links from 4 different forums and pr2.
