I have created a way for people to generate targeted, and untargeted traffic from thier own traffic by installing an invisible javascript in thier site that sends pings to our servers, letting us know to include a link to your site from our site when your site is viewed by your own visitor and from visitors from us to you. It's free forever, and there is no link required back to us. If we reach at least 100,000 medium to low level traffic earning pages with the code installed, there will be a lager variety of links to choose from instead of the few people that we do have we have who scoops up every bit of traffic from our site. We want everyone to have a chance to gain a decent amount of traffic.
I think it is very creative. However, it is a twist of FFA pages. Do all those links have nofollow attribue? If not, you site may be considered a linkfarm by Google. You should also include a Top 10, 25, 100 etc. based on ping received. This list should also show how many visitors your site sent to the top list sites.
