I need help! My motivation has reached the bottom and I am so close to give up this forum.
I can't decide whether it got potential or not.

(Sorry to ask such a stupid question, but I need some opinions about it..)

well for starters, the site barely loads :(
    or it loads very slow

I think you have some good potential, keep adding good content and a redesign might help out. You have a lot of white space up top around your logo, and just seems like a lot of test to scroll down. Not sure about that forum software, but if you could add some icons for each forum, that would help it stand out.

    hope that helps :)

Webmaster sites/forums are popular and there are tonnes of them out there. It takes time and patience to build a successful one. You already have decent amount of sorts so i think you should stick with it!

I tried making webmaster sites twice before but with no luck

Exacly, there's a lot of webmaster forums and most of them have similar categories.

Your forum already has a very nice skin that should attract users. Market it better! Add some personal messages for Yet-To-Become Members and Already-A-Member which would encourage them to register, post, help other members.

Most people already have their favourite webdev-related forums such as DP (digitalPoint), WW (Webmaster World) or SP (SitePoint) which have a lot of useful content and members and so that's why it's so hard to succeed.

If you want to succeed, you need to jump off the page. It's not easy, you will need to do a lot of research: spot what these and other Webmaster forums lack of, that their good and bad points, spot industry trends and use that information so it becomes your advantage.

It's good not to concentrate on WebDev as a whole but rather on just a small part of it, a part that is about to explode in near future or not yet well described but has potential and can attract tons of users.

Look at yourself and ask: what really, really interests me in webdev? Is it developing in J2EE, HTML+CSS+JS (so frontend development), non-technical things like eMarketing, ePR, eCommerce.
