There has been some questions people are asking over and over so I will answer them here the only graphics you are adding are the "home forum etc" buttons w/highlight (picture 2) and Reply/Read More buttons (pictures 3 / 4). In picture 3 I am asking you to move Read More | Discuss link to bottom right corner and have it as pictured. In picture 4, I have the comment boxed messed up, it needs to be properly fixed and cleaned up with nicer comment boxes making it easier to read (bigger picture here: http://i35.tinypic.com/zm1c29.png) The site is already running and coded, I am just hiring someone to do a few edits/clean up and modifications to the current layout.
