    PR3 Directory, fairly new as a directory but domain is 3 years old and has been PR3 for a long time. Catchy domain. Not much advertising done but has lots of potential for someone with the time.

    Averages 100-250 uniques daily. Also has another PR3 page - http://www.myownkeyword.com/myowndirectory.php

    New site with minimal visitors. Custom design and very good script. Design, logo and script all included.

    Minimal advertising - just one banner spot purchased last week.

    Site 3: Proxy site

    Proxy site with Zelune/PHP/CGI proxys all installed

    around 100-300 uniques per day - bold listing on a few topsites brings in most traffic. Adsense revenue around $1-2 per day.

    Hosting cost is currently $5 per month. Lots of potential. The zelune script included is very popular but hard to find.

    Selling because I just have too many sites right now. I will listen to all offers - no trades though.

    Will help with site transfer if needed. Also, I can host the YouTube site and the directory for very low fees. Proxy is hosted elsewhere for $5 per month.
