A few quick AdSense questions from a Beginner

I just applied to AdSense, and was wondering if you guys could help me with my questions:

    1. Is there any database that says how much your keywords would be worth?
    2. Is there any calculator or formula that should estimate how much money you earn?
    3. What does AdSense consider when looking at your blog?
    4. If I get in, where should I put the ads on a Blogger account?
    5. How come my website doesn't come up on Google Search? (Off-Topic)

    Thank you.

    2) no, but there are few way you can search once you login.
    3) search in Google for "how to get approved by adsense".
    4) search for "how to optimized Google adsense".
    5) Search for "how to get hire ranking in goolge?"

Place the link to your website/blog in your signature and it will quickly get indexed in Google. You'll earn some backlink juice.
