I just set up a new account and the bid is 0.01(about 0.0025$) shekel is this possible i heard the minimal bid is 0.05$

 

I think it's a kind of mistake. It'll change soon, because you're right- min bid is $0.05. Tell us when it changes please.

 

could be the minimum bid is different for some country's?

 

Don't think so. My current minimum bid is £0.02 < $0.03 and suggested minimum for some keywords is only £0.01 (never had a click for .01 though!)

If it says .01 shekel why not try it and see what happens? Bear in mind though that unless you
'own' the niche and have no competitors for that keyword you are unlikely to get a reasonable display position or any impressions, e.g. if it is a highly competitive market with a thousand advertisers you will probably end up on page 120+ and how often does anybody search that deep?

 

I don't think so. Minimum bid is $0.05 and it might be converted into local currency.
